Who is the TNG team?

  • TNG is led by former models and actors with deep expertise in both on-camera performance and behind-the-scenes operations, ensuring unparalleled insight and guidance in the industry.

Who does TNG Agency work with?

  • Our mother agency division scouts and develops models for agency placements worldwide, including IMG Models, Wilhelmina Models, FORD Models, ELITE Models, and more.
  • Our actors' agents book talent for TV, Film, and Commercial projects that shoot in Nevada and the West Coast, working with Netflix, Sony, and other major casting houses and studios.
  • Our model booking agents acquire editorial shoots, runway shows, e-comm, campaigns for beauty clients, and lifestyle shoots for MGM Resorts, Wynn Resorts, Waldorf Astoria, Caesars Entertainment, and many other hotels and hospitality destinations around the globe.

How do I get into modeling or acting?

  • We recommend that aspiring models attend an Open Call to start.
  • We do not recommend paying out-of-pocket expenses for modeling schools or agency representation.
  • It is common for models and actors to pay for images when starting their careers. Still, we recommend they only invest in pictures by a reputable photographer who already works with the agency.

How do I join?

    Please apply via our website here so our team can review your submission. If there is interest, an agent will contact you directly within 30 days. Please Click here for Open Call information.

How do I book a model or actor, and what are your rates?

  • Please take a moment to complete our Booking Request Form by Clicking here. Upon receipt of your inquiry, an agent will get back to you within 24 hours or less (during regular business hours). If your email was received after 5 p.m. PST on Friday, an agent will contact you the following Monday. If it is a national holiday, an agent will reply the next business day.
  • Our rates vary based on the model or 's experience, location, and availability.

How can I test with your models?

    Photographers, Stylists, and HMUA (hair and makeup artists) should Complete this form and submit a link to their website and/or social media profiles for our agents to review. If we are interested in collaborating, a booking agent will reply with a package of available models.

DO I NEED TO BE BASED IN LAS VEGAS TO BE REPRESENTED BY TNG?

    NO, YOU DO NOT NEED TO LIVE IN LAS VEGAS TO BE SIGNED WITH TNG. WE REPRESENT MODELS WHO ARE BASED ALL OVER THE UNITED STATES. WE DO NOT CURRENTLY OFFER VISAS TO SPONSOR INTERNATIONAL MODELS. TNG WILL SIGN INTERNATIONAL BASED MODELS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE NECESSARY VISA TO WORK IN THE U.S.A. LEGALLY.

DOES TNG REPRESENT KIDS?

    While we don't have a separate kids division prominently featured on our website for important security reasons, we absolutely do work with talented children and submit them for suitable projects. Please feel free to submit your kids via our online application portal. We'll review all submissions carefully, thanks for your interest in TNG Agency!

We kindly ask that all talent submissions (including children) be made through our secure online portal at www.tngagency.com/join. This helps us review and process everything efficiently and securely. We're happy to answer any additional questions! WHAT IS YOUR COMMISSION RATE? ARE THERE OTHER FEES?

Commission Structure: For non-union bookings, TNG Agency charges a standard 20% agency commission.For SAG-AFTRA (union) bookings or Mother Agency placement contracts, our commission is 10%. Signed models are subject to an annual website/maintenance fee. Beyond these commissions and the annual website fee (for applicable models), there are no additional charges or upfront fees from the agency. Talent are responsible for covering their own professional materials, including headshots, photos, videos, reels, and any related talent expenses.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I’VE BEEN CONTACTED BY A TNG AGENT?

TNG Agency agents will only contact you from official email addresses ending in @TNGAgency.com. We will never reach out via Gmail, Yahoo, personal emails, WhatsApp, text messages, or any other non official channels for casting, bookings, payments, or talent representation. Please review our full fraud statement online for additional details and red flags. TNG Agency is fully committed to the safety and security of our talent, both online and in person. Beware of scammers impersonating our agents or scouts; these individuals are not affiliated with TNG Agency in any way.
